This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by RCS London Transfer Ltd (“RCS”, “the Company”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and supply chains.

RCS London Transfer Ltd is a UK-based company providing private transportation, chauffeur services, tours and mobility solutions. We operate primarily within the United Kingdom and work with a combination of directly engaged staff and carefully selected third-party drivers and suppliers.

We are committed to acting with integrity in all business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our operations or supply chains.
3. POLICIES AND GOVERNANCE
To support our commitment, RCS London Transfer Ltd has implemented and maintains policies and procedures that include:
- Compliance with UK employment, transport and licensing regulations
- Due diligence checks on drivers and suppliers
- Contractual obligations requiring suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws

4. DUE DILIGENCE AND SUPPLY CHAINS
Our supply chains primarily relate to:
- Licensed drivers and transport partners
- Vehicle providers and maintenance suppliers
- Professional services providers
As part of our due diligence process, we:
- Verify that drivers hold valid licences and legal right to work in the UK
- Ensure compliance with Transport for London (TfL) and local authority regulations
- Work only with suppliers that demonstrate lawful and ethical employment practices
- Reserve the right to terminate relationships where breaches are identified
5. RISK ASSESSMENT AND MITIGATION
The Company recognises that the risk of modern slavery within the UK private transport sector is relatively low but not non-existent.
We mitigate risk by:
- Limiting engagement to regulated, licensed and compliant partners
- Avoiding informal or unverified labour arrangements
- Monitoring supplier performance and compliance
- Taking immediate action if concerns are raised
6. TRAINING AND AWARENESS
Where appropriate, individuals involved in operations and supplier management are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and the importance of ethical labour practices.
Concerns or suspected breaches can be reported confidentially to management and will be investigated promptly.
7. EFFECTIVENESS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
RCS London Transfer Ltd continually reviews its operational practices and supplier relationships to improve transparency and reduce risk.
We remain committed to strengthening our processes as the business grows and as regulatory expectations evolve.
