Our Story
RCS London was created to fill a gap we witnessed in the UK market:

Our founders brought together expertise in transport operations, guest handling, logistics and security, cultural mediation and customer experience
Zando Oliveira
Solid experience in events and security, having worked on corporate and social productions in the United Kingdom and Brazil.
Abel Vicente
Specialist in transport and private security and former security manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, with a degree in business administration, leadership & management, and logistics.
Ronaldo Bacelar
Specialized in executive transportation, including sightseeing tours, focused on a premium corporate clientele in the United Kingdom and Portugal.
The result was a boutique-style operation focused on precision, empathy and adaptability — built specifically to support product managers, contracting teams and FIT departments that need trustworthy, flexible execution on the ground.
